Thanks for showing SS sidecaps!

All the yrs of collecting and never found SS sidecaps!

How is insignia attached?
Is it sewen thru liner?
Can't see closeups but what do collectors look for
on insignia being period and not added later!

Does wear match?

Does pattern of insignia or type give a period
or were all the same for time frame?

Always interested in learning!

the waffen ss sidecaps are very hard to find today, very similar to costal artillery km sidecap, look the false piping for the difference.

Insignias hand stitched, the period bevo insigna is great, we have different varient in period...

Is it a matter of photographic perspective or the upper edge of the side flap in the first cap shown has a different curvature from the others?
