Does anyone know if the colours of this belt have any significance,assuming it is of the TR era?

That shade of brown is mostly associated with the Luftwaffe

Thank you Dave. I have to say that in daylight the stripes appear more orange than anything else, however, over the years, things -(like people)-fade away!
