The Stamp "B" stands maybe for Bamberg, Bavaria. It was used before 1880.

I can't see the marks that clearly from the pics. But the jewelry company of Carl Boehm from Hanau a. Main used the "B" mark similar to that one shown.

Yeah, really a silver forum is the best bet to say about the hallmark. Usually they will not comment on 3rd reich rings,,but I think this one will pass and be of interest to them. Search 'Silver forums',,,or if anyone can recommend a site please list...
