Hello
I've just invested in my first RAD Hewer.
I'm hoping I've come across a good early example, or at least that what I've been told.
It is stamped Bn74 on the handle and scabbard throat.
I think it all looks original except for the scabbard screws.
What are your thoughts ?

yes, it is an early EICKHORN RAD hewer. Not the earliest one with the full stag grip but a nice early one. The matching numbers are rarely to be seen, "normally" these numbers do not match.
Unfortunately the pics are very small so for me it is not possible to do a Statement about the screws. Perhaps you can add bigger pic`s?

I'm having a little trouble loading bigger photos, but here a some of the scabbard fittings & screws.
Does anyone know where I could by real RAD screws to replace these ?
