Color not right and condition of the blade does not match the rest of the dagger IMO.

Definitive exam required under high power magnificationof 120-200X. At these high powers even the best acid etching will appear edge jagged, whereas laser etched will have a smooth contour at the edge-Mike

ollar777 Looking at your old postings you must have the worst luck in the world or is it a test???? You must find a different (auction house)  because every dagger you post is some type of fake or parts dagger...  Testing ground

Friends! It may seem so! I do not buy fakes! We in Russia because of the low culture collectibles and small information! Many scams running at auctions! You are helping me his knowledge to disarm them! I'm writing at the auction that buyers would have been more careful!

One thing for sure....you can not reproduce a classic...and repros are just what they are. A classic had already lived through its time.....no matter how precise a repro is,,it lacks soul.

Poor fit mismatched dagger. A gruppe mark "B" on a Herder? PA guards are generic..and is hard to trace to any specific dagger. I like the grip
