Yes that one is in wors shape but has some nice patina.
No problem with regards to authenticity on either of the daggers?

The bird on the one with the portepee looks unusual. Could be replacement pommel? The photo gives one the impession that the grip wire grooves were not turned equidistant. Looks odd. I have never seen this before? Others

I agree with Rick, the bird of the dagger with portepee is not an Eickhorn one.
I would like to see a both crossguards together and a both low ends of the scabbards also together.
