These are really poor pictures. I would need much better closeups of the etches, especially the bookends and the eagle.
That being said, I have seen voos-style etches on other than Voos marked blades (CJ Krebs, comes to mind).

As Paul alluded, I would expect to find these kinds of Luft2 etches on plated blades.
Here is one on a CJ Krebs marked blade.

From what I can see, the eagle design is the proper "Voos" style. It appears the blade is somewhat worn and oxidized, which can be faked. Clearer photos would help, as would additional photos of the etch and trademark, if there is one. The main problem with the photos is there is little contrast in the raised areas and the background.
