Looks to be a nice k-98 dress bayonet with a ss nco troddel, but are the runes period or added at a later date hard to tell

It appears to be a postwar enhancement to me. These SS pommel etches were not available on the Extra-KS98 in the period Puma catalog. Also, the SS NCO Troddel should correctly be found on the short bladed version of the KS98.
