I have never seen a Justice officials bayonet but below is one advertised on ebay. Has anyone ever seen a veteran bring back one of these. They do appear in the WKC catalog as item 1062 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Original-WW...=item1c35c313af

I believe I had one years ago. The grips were secured with domed rivets like a 71/84 bayonet. IMHO the fleabay offering is a post war fixer up.

I agree with Len, the rivets are not period IMHO. No reason to go into any more detail.

I thought the same. I was hoping that someone could send me a photo of one from a vet.

Terry,
Talk to George Wheeler, he has an original one in his collection. It's the one in his book Seitengewehr although I'm not sure if it was vet purchased or not.

Terry,
Mine was not vet purchased but I agree that this one is not quite right. The rivets and fit of the grips are not proper IMHO.
