A old decorators item. (Made to hang on a wall) clam-shell also seems to be broken off. Not really that old maybe 20s 30s.
Just my opinion...

Something that jumped out to me was the fact that, in the original post, it said that the seller had already sold two of them. Where does one find more than one of these at a time? And with the one being sold, that makes "3". Just my reaction. Peace, Mark
