Picked this up today, not alot into it if it is bad or not period piece. Appears to be painted cast iron... What do you think?

Most likely a good luck piece from who knows where, no markings ? I think its unlikely Germans would have made an out of proportion Swaz like that.

I would agree, not German, pre war good luck use of the swastika. Still clean it up, find a bowl to go inside and use it, would be a cool patio ash tray :}

Hey, that's pretty nice.. I agree with the others,,a good luck type thing. Teens, 1920s... Powder coat it up,,fit an ashtray to it and display!
