Vassago, From what I can see in the photos, no red flags for me either. Earlier tapered blade tang. Very pretty dark orange grip. Some close-up, higher resolution photos would be helpful. IMO no issues Best regards Rick

Stratocaster thank you very much for your answer, I also I think a Heer Dagger of confidence, the seller assures me that the acquired in Butschek Klaus had always trusted items, all opinions are welcome.

That dagger looks fine to me but coming from Butscheck is no guarantee by any means. Like with most places you have to know your stuff.

Concerning the dagger, from these pics I cannot see any red flags. It is interesting for me to see a tapered tang blade in a later "tomahawk style eagle" crossguard. The grip is a real beauty.
Concerning dealers in general, most collectors could seen spurious items on -nearly ;)- each dealers site all over the wold, even very prominent ones... so there is no rule and as Landser already stated, you have to know your stuff.

I like the TM...
This is the small letter 'Solingen' mark that I have found on a Luft2.
There is a large letter 'Solingen' mark as well.
From these pictures, I take that the samll letter one is early production.

There aren't any problem with this dagger. The colour off grip is very nice.

Thank you very much for your comments mates! That dagger looks fine to me but coming from Butscheck is no guarantee by any means. Like with most places you have to know your stuff. I think the same as you Landser, whatever its article even a trusted seller always check to see if the piece is 100% original.

Nice dagger without issues IMO. The tapered tang and later grip is not common but not unheard of.
