Hi Ryan: Sorry to report that there are no files on Otto Wetsel in the National Archives. He evidently did not go through the application process to get married and did not become an SS Officer. Thanks Ross, I really appreciate the effort. Apparently he drove for Himmler on a few occasions regards, Ryan He did survive the war and I do not believe he was commissioned
