Never seen pattern and i think too it looks not bad.
But the stamp inside (silver) is writen in english not in german. Here there would stand "Silber".
For sure a ring with questions. In my opinion a keeper, but not a ring to buy for a lot of money.

 And where is the "T" in the inscription of the plate: "DR FRITZ TOD(T)". I can see no signs that there ever was one.
