Like on the paper described as Notbajonett, or Aushilfe- SG or WW1 emergency bayonet for Mauser 98 system, was a little overpolished, the scabbard is too probably like bayonet a Emergency model, made in 1915-16 period. Should be proofed with small inspector stamp on blade probably. The model is more scarce.

Hello
very rare and desirable german ersatz bayonet EB55. The ersatz scbbard with the 2 lines is the correct scabbard for this bayonet. Regards Alain
