I'm not so sure. I have a known copy that is the exact same as yours (even the "age"), save for the clip.
It appears they've put a better clip on yours. Mine has the dull grey "DRGM" clip.
Bought it as a repro 15 years ago for $25.
The giveaway is the lack of stitching on the trapezoid-bottom edge....
