PVON,

Nice EM Pickelhaube and cover, both in choice condition. The steel helmet with the "built-in" diorama is incredible, never seen anything like it before either.

My favorite is the M16 with the handpainted red/white shield, truly a gem. I'd say the Wappen represents the Nürnberg crest, which is actually red/silver in color, though, normally seen in the red/white configuration as shown. Lovely to see these imperial steel helmets with original state and city crests.

I hope some of the boys who collect the '35, '40 and '42 models get a chance to see this outstanding piece of headgear.

Many thanks for posting these fine examples. wink

Best!

Bill

Thanks for looking!

Spike cover is most likely private purchase due to markings!

Helmets and markings I don't know so thanks for info on your thoughts!

Vern

That helmet is different!

Only one like it I've even seen. It was on a table at a show around 10-12 years ago. Tried to buy it but the owner wouldn't set a price wink
