I have a helmet that looks to have DRR HALL with A next to the stamp. Does anyone have any info on this? Would this be something that you would see on SS helmets. I have another helmet marked NS64 with the number 5593. Would this be something that you would see on SS helmets as well? Thank you for any info. I would like to get some photos posted but having a little trouble doing so. If anyone wants to post or send me an email address, I can forward photos. Thanks

NS is a maker mark, 64 is the shell size, 5593 is the lot number of the steel from which the helmet was made. This has nothing to do with the SS, unless the helmet happened to be issued to that organization. As for the first helmet - ??? send me some photos and we shall see what we can tell you.
