The portapee doesn't look to have the same age year as the frog.
Can't speak for authenticity.

Price range depends on the condition of the knot. I would say that it would be from $600 up to $ 900. It is a rare knot and hard to find. Laksidetrader offers one and Germanmilitaria. Both for at least $800.

It looks good. Much scarcer than the type with runes on the stem.
