The armband looks correct. The tag, I don't know. They are faked and this one isn't marked where the 4 is, which is unusual. It would make me suspicious of the armband. It could be "factory pick up," or something similar, which would explain the lack of a marking.

The tag is certainly not good, and that does call into question the rest of the armband, and while it does have some features consistent with an original (Ribbed material, oval shaped disk,) some of the other features are a bit off (folded swazi edges seem "high" and stitching seems more pronounced than it should. the back stripes should line up better as well.) so after all that I guess my answer is I would pass. did you hit it with a UV light?

You guys are right..tag is garbage... and IMo this is a modern made Pakistani made one, as I have had several of these exact ones. Even Riddick has these. Two of the best Pakistani manufacturers make these..World Wide Wear, and Wide World Embrodiers.
Stop and think a little. Does it NOT seem odd that there are tons of these armbands on the market after all these years?? Go to any www dealer site and they are all over ad-naseum.. And BEFORE these 2 companies came on line ( as in hard manufacture) they were very rare!!! Hell, I have slapped a POS tag on these in the past, and after some B.S. antiquing, they look genuine

Well here are my Pics from the black light. Looks like I got screwed on this one. Thanks and hopefully this post will help the next guy from making the same mistake. Thanks for helping me figure this one out.
PS if it’s too good to be true… it probably is.

Sorry to hear it. Just to look at the band, less the tag and black light exam, it is scarily close to a real one.
