I bid on this ring unsuccessfully. I thought it might have a chance to be an original. I apologize for the poor auction pics. Any opinions are greatly appreciated

Here are a few of the other rings, all from the same seller. The ring with the crown had the most interest and sold for $139.

First one is the known "bighead"-pattern. Usually a brass ring and silver plated. This one looks for me like a cast one.
Second ring i have never seen. But in low quality cast.
Number 3 again a well known period pattern. But this ring? The pic is not good enaugh to say somewhat about it.
The other rings are again patterns i have never seen.

I think if one of these rings has a chance to be a period one it is number 5.

Thanks Odal, glad I didn't bid high on the first ring. Heres another ring from the same seller. he calls it a Triskelion ring. 57 bids, $147.00, it's getting a lot of attention.

The "triskele" is again a very well known symbol, but again a ring that is for me not looking period made.

Agreed....nothing I'd love to place in my collection.
