the price is to to high but what about originality? I can only compare to pics in books.Ted

That is the problem. these daggers are so rare only a few people can tell if original or not. For the most part on these, all you are talking is a different scabbard.
One long time collector who recently past away, showed me the two halves to this same scabbard and all he was looking for was the insignia.
So,I think there has to be provinance to these before I would consider it. Who the original owner was would be best, but the owners of these normally will not admit it publicly. Documents would be great, or a photo.
If original, this would crown a collection of Croat daggers
