Hello All, in regard to derJager's recent post, I decided to get off my butt and photograph and post a recent aquisition I obtained, Social Welfare Medal. The box is not original to the medal, it's a watch box I scrounged from my wife, but it looks neat and matches pretty well. I think the medal came in a paper issue envelope. The reverse inscription translates to "Medal for German People Who Care" Regards, Leipzig

They are nice medals. I have seen the paper packets but do not own one.
