It is a S98/05 from the time of the Weimar Republic. While it was made during WWI it has been reworked by blueing it after 1919.

Yes it was used probably by second line units or Police units in WW2.

It also appears to have originally been a sawtooth... Yes a sawback-removed bayonet. This could have been done in 1918 by order of the Prussians and Bavarians or it could have been done after the war when it was blued.
