Hi buddies, what do I deserve this bayonet? .... The salesman told me that it is of the First World War.

It is a S98/05 from the time of the Weimar Republic. While it was made during WWI it has been reworked by blueing it after 1919.

Yes it was used probably by second line units or Police units in WW2.

Yes a sawback-removed bayonet. This could have been done in 1918 by order of the Prussians and Bavarians or it could have been done after the war when it was blued.

Yes it was sawback spine on the blade, removed in 1917, then reblued in Weimar era, the firearm that was used with could be Mauser modells Gew.98, Kar98az, K98b, or K98k.
