I'd like to show you my DLV dagger. Is this a rare maker? All opinions are welcome.

Definately a seldom encountered maker for this dagger/knife when compared with Gbr.Heller and SMF nice knife. I have seen the maker's logo on SA daggers cheers, Ryan

Danny,

Beautiful DLV. This maker is also a first for me for these daggers.

Very nice condition.

Nicely conditioned example by a rare maker, great combination to see in an edged weapon.

I would have to see the blade in hand, but the spine and the edges appear rough and untrue in the photos and the shape is slightly off IMO.

Thanks everyone for your opinions. The end of the quillion is not caster marked. Does this mean anything?

It would be nice to see as most are caster stamped but not all. Off the top of my head I know for sure I've owned some Krebs NSFK's that were not caster stamped. If anyone does not know what I mean by caster stamped you can see it clearly in the following set of pics.
