That is an original (hunting?) knife by Anton Wingen Jr: made during the early 1930ies, but not for (official) use by the HJ. It does has many features in common with the early HJ's by this maker.
This specimen seems to be in top condition, but also is the pricetag...

The rounded tip looks similar to the Spanish youth knives of the era...
