Looks like a breastplate & spiked helmet of some type. Seen it a few times myself & haven't a clue which maker/distributor used this mark.

Hi, thanks Billy, maybe ano early distributor mark? The blade has the typical early step in the tip. I'm considering to buy it but as it's in not a great shape I'll only do that to has a rare mark. Regards

It could be a distributor mark but I doubt it. Very few distributors used any mark other than their names &/or location, Linnenbrugger & Ellermann, Bielefeld being the general example of a distributor having a unique logo. It's one of those little mysteries that may be solved one day with the uncovering of some document, bill of sale or trademark. Sad to say there are some marks/logos we may never know the origins of.

Is there a chance to see some photos of the complete bayonet. We may be able to determine if it is a 1st or 2nd WW.

I will post a photo soon, I guess it can be pre third reich based in the blade shape but only has two rivets, not three

2 rivets would probably (but not definitely) indicate 3R production. I've seen this mark before once or twice & it was on what appeared to be early 3R production items. Looking forward to the additional pics too.
