PVON,
It has a name, Shiro Nomura, and a reference to some kind of college, maybe where he studied. Some of the characters are a little unfamiliar. Good research project if you can decipher the rest. Shiro Nomura is a pretty common name so the rest of the info would be needed. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
