I must admit that I am really a "dagger guy" but when I saw this one I just had to have it. The blade is in perfect condition and the leather is also great. But what I liked the most about this piece is the beautiful pationation and the presence of lots of original laquer. Here are some pics.

Danny,
I love these early ones, and for your first Luftwaffe sword you did well, but watch they're very addicting. Overall it looks to be in excellent condition. It's always nice to see the sewn on leather hanger and it adds a few bucks to it also. Any school or regiment stampings under the crossguard?
Well done Rich

Thanks guys! And Rich, you're right, they are getting addicting allready! Unfortunately there are no school or regiment stampings under the crossguard but I have a feeling I will buy one in the future that does Danny
