This is at an auction house north of where I live, and was told a lot of shady things go on there. Entirely up to you but my advice would be to shy away.

Nothing really "jumps out" at me, other than the crossguards, scabbard fittings and grip eagle appear to be the earlier solid nickel-silver type and the blade shows "38," indicating it was produced in 1938. Most daggers produced around that time have plated fittings and an aluminum or copper eagle. It's hard to say from the photo, but the scabbard looks painted and it could be original paint, which would be correct for this period for most daggers. Such a combination is not totally unheard of, but it does at least raise a question as to whether the blade came with the rest of the dagger. The blade shoulders appear to be a reasonably decent fit to the lower guard. These fits, to a great extent, are not that good in later production examples. I would do what I could to research this maker through Google and dealer sites to see if the combination illustrated exists on other daggers of this maker.

I checked Wittmann's site. He has a couple of daggers there, 1938, with "mixed" parts. The same in his "SS" book. The old "hands on" exam of the dagger would be of great help. Trying to evaluate by photos only is tough. On the face of it, there's a good chance the dagger is okay, but I would do a bit more research to be confident about bidding on it.
