Hello All, lately I have been collecting award documents to go along with some of my medal collection. I've had this 1939 HJ "Kreissieger" medal for 8 yrs. [produced by Ferdinand Wagner of Pforzheim] and recently came across this unissued 1939 award document. I think this series of awards are one of the most beautiful of all TR badges and for some reason, you don't see them all that often. Anyone else have one they'd like to share? Regards, Leipzig

Roger, That nice medal would look really good framed somehow with that document. Some of these graphic designs are really outstanding, having good, crisp eagle designs and lovely typeography. Who could ask for more? Bill

Thanks Bill! Yes, this is a really nice document, printed on thick, heavy paper. Pristine condition. Came from Tom Wittmann. I got lucky in that the 1939 date matches the 1939 medal. I'll have to look into displaying it better. Regards, Roger
