Did anyone see the show called Combat Cash on the Discovery channel last night? I meant to watch it but ended up missing it and wondered if it was any good.
Yes, Actually it was not bad. It is filmed in California, I was expecting Craig Gottlieb to jump out from nowhere , but that never happened.Never heard of the two main characters, they have a military shop. Saw some German helmets, daggers in the background also A-2 jackets. But of course when the general public starts watching, the prices will go thru the roof. Thanks, Bob
The two guys are Bob Chatt from Vintage Productions (He runs the Pomona Ca show) and Owen Thornton, from LA (does lots of camo). Both decent guys, that you all know from the shows. Nice that these are not "Front of show" guys in suits, but real everyday guys. The show is on again this Wed.
At least these guys do KNOW what they are talking about, but unlike the pawn stars with their $50 us navy uniforms, and the Pickers who pass on war relics while digging out an old oil can. They are aware of the possibility of raising prices. Both are active members over at WAF.
