Hello
I have an offer for buying this dagger.A friend of mine bought it in one Swiss Antique Shop. The seller told him that is award dagger of Kanton Appenzell. For me it looks as fantasy dagger, but its quality is really good and makes me think about buying it.What do you think?
Thanx in advance
Dejan

I dont want to say for sure but is it a copy Holbein dagger. It was swiss dagger from 19century in a style of 1600 years.SA daggers were made in this style. I think it is a well made copy in this style.Just my opinion Ted

It all depends on the asking price. The old maxim "Buy it if YOU like it" is a very apt one.

If you want to criticise someone first walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when they come after you, you'll be a mile ahead and they'll be barefoot.

But a nicely executed fantasy piece.

Fantasy dagger that is plain and simple......worthless to most.
I wouldn't even spend $ 100 to get one but that's just me.
