Well from those photos, there is NO WAY you can decisively say that is an RZM painted scabbard. It may indeed be early and original.

hard to say good or bad the photos are few and not enough of them. The blade does have one glimmer of light of what looks to be a ground Rohm,, by whats left of the last letter of Rohms name.

The grip does not look like the usual Haenel shape or Wood type/stain. I'd pass...
