Both daggers look ok to me im no expert tho!! The heer looks like the unmarked voos sort and the SS dagger is a transitional Henckels which looks very nice, i have one similar except mine is a 39 with a slightly different mark on the blade. One thing with the Henckels blades is the crossgrain is really fine mine is exactly the same. Just hang fire to see what the others say but i think they look good.

As for value provided everything is ok with the daggers: The unmarked Voos normally go for about half the price of the marked version with the ivory grip, so i would say somewhere between $3-4 k and the SS dagger i would say maybe somewhere between $1500-2000, i may be a bit out with these prices, these are just guestimates on my behalf, daggers have been taking a real pounding over the last 2 years or so and have lost a bit of value. Someone else will be around to give their opinions soon.
Good Luck
