Hello,
I saw this on German E-bay. Seems to be a "Military Government" police school where the new cops are all wearing brand new TR period uniforms with insignia, sans eagles. Goes to prove that clothing stocks were used up after the war, and supports my theory that almost all police tunics we see these days have had the eagles replaced.

Bill : It is interesting that you have the English first and after that the German on the sign . So it is British occupation zone most likely , next would be American zone.

This is very interesting photo of afterwar Polizei...
I'm not so sure these are TR period blouses - they seems to have cuffs and inner bottom pockets...
