I know this is some kind of Luftwaffe card. But what is it? Who gave this out?

I believe it is from the office of the Adjutant of the RMdGf and not from the adjutant per se..

be careful with this card,, these are easy to fake. I did foil stamping and embossing in my past and this is not hard to reproduce. Can you show me the back of the card? a close up of the eagle and the black type? In hand I could give you exactly if its real or fake. Although that this card could be authentic,, it is in the same category of faked medals and insignia. Just trying to help out. regards Larry
