Hey, I spoted this one on auction today. The selller puts some history behind it but I can not verify. Anyway - did you ever come across a Slovakian AF like this?
Looks simply like it is missing grip covers. What do you think?

Looks like a grip replacement in total. It also appears the pommel has been modified. If I was thinking about buying this, (there are so few originals, that I believe this to be a collectable), I would inspect carefully where the insignia is inset in the crossguard. Make sure the dagger came from the factory with the Slovak symbol.
As to this being something special order. I have not heard of such a thing either with the Slovak or the Czech.
Good luck.

On the second thought maybe this should be listed as an egiptian faraoh dagger offered to a Slovak princess and later used for sacral sacrefice in slovakian nazi secret society. I like stories. You think this one sells well:)
