looks like someone plated or polished this piece. as far as i am concerned this piece is destroyed and has no collectable value except for parts. i would not want it. paul

Paul is correct, a perfectly fine and not uncommon Luft1 had been trashed to make it look shiny for the unknowing.

Wasn't it fashionable/common to plate daggers in the 50s? I'm sure I read somewhere that it was. Spoiled this one :-(
