pretty worn, but from my point of view most interesting thing turned out that this is one piece ring. When I made bid online (never will do this with two sixpacks in hand again  ) I was sure that this is made of two separate pieces, base and top plate. That was basic practice to get common blank and put on something on top. Turns out that no, it is one piece stamped. In my understanding it means that it was produced in large quantities (never seen myself before) for Latvian army or for legionaires. Do not want drop it in acid and clean to be 100% sure that there are no seam

Hapur,, a nice catch you got there. And, a rare ring as that pattern of the coat of arms was used only a few years.. Congrats!
