Well, it is strange. Unsolicited mails, especially regarding collectibles, are always suspicious. The items he is offering don't appear to be of much interest to most collectors, especially those who collect Third Reich items. That could be a positive sign. I wouldn't waste my time with this, but, if you want to, you could play him along to try to determine more about him, where he's located, how he wishes to be paid, photos, etc.
