my friend picked up this pin from the ground next to some old german positions, need some help to ID it.
maker mark R.Erlemann Berendorf, and the DRGMA mark

Use this LINK to read about the group in Wiki. Basically they were a Protestant Youth Group incorporated into the HJ in 1934. They appear to be a German Sports Association of the YMCA today.
