It looks like an Eickhorn. The grip shape is correct. The trademark is correct. The etch is correct. I don't recall seeing that style of rune button on an Eickhorn but that doesn't mean much. Also I'm used to seeing a high necked eagle on early Eickhorns. This one has the upward pointing beak example. Once again... not necessarily a red flag, but you have to take it all together. Scabbard fit could be better but I've seen the same on originals.
