Would someone be able to briefly explain the difference between them and what they did militarily, for me? I'd greatly appreciate it...sorry if it's not obvious to me. Thanks, Mike

Mike, Panzergrenadiers were mobile infantry, mounted in either halftracks or more commonly, trucks.

Panzerjaegers were units armed with armored vehicles serving in the anti-tank role,like the Marder I, Marder III, hetzer, etc.
