Can anyone tell me if Briwax is safe for SS grips? It gives antique furniture a nice shine.

I don't know what Briwax is, but Ren Wax does a great job. You want to be careful that whatever you use does not remove the black dye on some SS grip wood. Some cleaner/waxes do lighten it up and you don't want that.

Any wax that is safe for wood furniture is ok to use on wood grips. I use a furniture "feeder" at least once a year on mine due to the low humidity here in the South West.
I would be very cautious however of using any cleaner-polish combination as these could alter the appearance.

Hello, Briwax is from England like Ren wax, it contains beeswax and carnauba wax, ideal for antique furniture and old lamp bases, gives them a nice shine. I will get some ren wax. Thanks for your comments. Fallguy37

Bri wax has a harsh smell like it might take the color out the grip, i better not use it just to be safe. I
