I have had this German Fighting/Trench knife in my collection for a few years. It was aquired in Norway as a part of a lot I bought from a family there. I have always enjoyed it looks, but never figured out how rare this is or the value. Can someone help me with this? The wood handle is in excellent condition with no chips off, the blade is near mint and the point is unsharpened. Any Assistance will be appreciated. Erik

Very nice piece!Nice condition. The leather is what is hard to find intact!I recommend keeping the suspension device un-snapped so it will not put undue wear on the leather.I have seen many torn or the snaps seperated from the leather .Thanks for sharing Geoff.
