This IAB is nearly black but I am assuming that it is silver because of the silver coming through at the rubbed high points. Am I right?
What else can you tell me?
Many thanks

And now for the SWB. MM is 65 so that makes it by Klein & Quenzer, Idar/Oberstein. What else does this tell me?

And the back. I'd say the pin was brass

Hi James
Your IAB is an unknown variant referred to as a "Vienna Design", soft scoop, semi-hollow with a rectangular catch plate.

Hello James,
fischer is right about the IAB. The 65 SWB is made in zinc and that particular type is regarded as the late war type. These together with the 30 marked zinc WBs are the most encountered WBs on the market today.
