Hi Dow, Looks like it has a nice blade. Some enamel missing. In current market conditions...I think about $1,300 perhaps a bit more.

I think the Insignia was sometimes re-enamaled! The blue is to bright. And it loks that they are some darker parts under.
For Witte such good etched, dark maker-mark is very unusual. But it looks nice.

Medes, I had a chance to see this dagger in person. I did not notice any color differnce in the enamel. I think the lighting is reflecting differently on the chipped surfaces of the enamel making them look differnt colors. In my opinion what's left of the enamel is original to the dagger.
