Along with the musicians buckle discussed below from the same vet stach, there were a few loose buckle discs that appear never to have been applied to buckles. Anyone have an idea what the heck this one is?

Hello!

Is it possible to get more (and larger) photos of this one?

That's about the best I can do with the forum size limits. I have this in high resolution, I can email you if it would help.

The closest i can come up with is Turnverein (Gymnastic Assoc.) and thats a guess.

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. And remember the early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

thats a great guess Rick! The 4 'F's of the Turnverein.
Hopefully a member can tell you if this disc was used on a buckle or maybe for a prototype..,G.

Christian

Don't have the roundel any longer (so can't shoot the back). I sold all the 20+ buckles from the grouping except the SS and Music buckle to Bruce at Grenadier Militia. He'll undoubtably be selling it so email him for a back shot.He probably won't have them in hand for a few days.
