Due to the many reproduction armbands that are being sold on sites and at shows and the interest thats being generated by these,I thought we could post some of them for our records. Here is one that I bought "brand new" for $8 the other week, its the cheapest and the poorest made I could get at the show, not bad for the outlay. Would it pass as original on these images ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Very good topic. I am doing some research in this area. I am convinced that some major dealers are unknowingly (in most cases) selling fakes. I will submit more information as soon as I have it.
This is one of the latest fakes. Not perfect, but pretty good.

heres a hand drawn catalog from 1996. This fellow had already been importing these from Latvia into the US for a few years already!
I've handled many of these armbands..All used the correct type 'tape' for the swastika and proper material [ribbed/lined]for the circle. Most of these armbands used non synthetic materials [non-glow], proper stiching, dye, had ink stamps etc. They were available in bulk if you wanted and also available aged or 'as new' condition..
